I was completely shocked by how well informed and knowledgable the esthetcician was. She gave me all the information I needed for my specific skin type. She introduced me to dermalogica's new line Clean Start, and I can't say enough good things about it. I also purchased some opfra make-up and it is better than jane iredale anyday!!! Her room was well organized and I felt very comfortable throughout my service. I recieved an ultrasonic with a glycolic peel. She told me what to expect from the treatment and that's exactly what happened. no gimmicks here!!! The prices are better than that of competing spa's. She is also very flexible with her hours. Everyone needs to see Shirley Walker,the esthetician, at hot headz!!. The stylists were also very friendly and helpful when I first came in and didn't know where to go or who I was looking for..hopefully,I will get to experience the stylists services as well!!!

it was one of the best spa days I have had in a whileThe stylist that did my hair listentd to me andgave me a new look which I am just loving and in this shop are very professional the cut and color was excatly what I wanted. I got a manicure and pedicure while I was there and it was wonderful as well, but the most relaxing part of the whole day was the facial I got The room is clean and comfortable. She gives a thourgh analysis of your skin to make sure you get the best treatment possible and the quistionare is very through as well she will not miss a thing. her menue of treatments vary she will recomend the best thing foe your skin and her prices are right in line with other spas in town. She also runs frequent specials.Over all why go out of town to get your spa treatments when you can do it right here.
