**Our History:** We've been gaining loyal customers and friends since 1964 because of our skill in providing all types of top quality air conditioning and plumbing services and installations.

Oldtimers will remember the company as 'R.R. Feagans Air Conditioning Company' when it first began. For years it was located in the 2900 block of County Avenue.

Louie Ginocchio bought the company in 1970 and changed the name to Central Air Conditioning Co.

In 1978, Mike Carter bought the company and it was incorporated as CAC Enterprises Inc. dba 'Central Air Conditioning Company'. In 1992, Bernhard Stockman became a partner. Carter serves as President and Stockmann as Vice President.

The company acquired a master plumber in 2003 so the company name changed to CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING & PLUMBING COMPANY. The same year, owners purchased a 10,000 sq-ft building at 450 South Kings Highway, where it is located today.

In 2005, Steve Edwards with Diamond Plumbing, a master plumber licensed in both Texas and Arkansas, merged with Central Air and brought most all of his employees with him. Most of his customers too!

Today, you'll find Central Air Conditioning & Plumbing Co. continues to grow and service their customers. Linda Newsome gladly helps with scheduling and record-keeping in the office; however, we have so many great people on our staff it would take pages and pages to share all their wonderful qualities!
